We offer radon testing, water quality testing, thermal imaging, air-quality testing, sewer line video inspections, asbestos testing, mold, and lead testing. Some services may be subcontracted but are conducted the same day as the inspection without delays to your real estate transaction.
We provide home inspection services within a 60 mile radius from the Greater Bangor/Brewer, Maine Region.
Our inspection reports are generated using the latest computer software thoroughly describing our findings including a summary, color photographs, safety and maintenance requirements, as well as any air and water quality concerns. All reports are emailed directly to our clients and/or their real estate representative in a timely manner. We deliver a comprehensive report that allows our clients to make one of the biggest financial decisions they may have. We highly recommend our clients accompany us during the home inspection to observe and discuss our findings so they can make a sound real estate purchase decision.

He is an AHIT Certified Home Inspector, Licensed Maine Site Evaluator, Registered Radon Provider, Certified Environmental Professional, and a Member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors® (InterNACHI®).
Dennis has a degree in building construction which has afforded him the opportunity to be employed by architectural, civil and environmental firms located in Central Maine. He has acted as an on-site representative and inspector for numerous building-related projects. Through education and 30+ years of experience, he has gained the expertise of building material applications and purposes.
